Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device. Browser storage (local storage and session storage) works in a similar way. We use both, and this policy covers them together.

2. Essential cookies and storage

These are needed for the site to work, so they don't need your consent.

• Shopping basket: your basket is kept in your browser's session storage while you browse.
• Sign-up offer: if you sign up for our offer, a flag (and your offer code) is stored in local storage so the discount can be shown in the shop.
• Your cookie choice: we store whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so we don't ask you again on every page.
• Security: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set essential security cookies to protect the site, including for Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps stop spam on our contact form.

3. Optional analytics cookies

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site so we can improve it. These are only switched on after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you click "Reject", or make no choice, they are not used.

4. No advertising cookies

We do not use advertising, targeting or retargeting cookies.

5. Changing your consent

To change your choice, clear this site's cookies and site data in your browser settings (for example, via the padlock or site information icon in the address bar). The cookie banner will then appear again on your next visit and you can choose again. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, although the basket may not work properly if essential storage is blocked.

6. More information

For how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
